Maintain while modernising

The legacy PHP system was maintained while a new .NET platform was being developed, protecting day-to-day operations throughout the transition.

Selected parts of the application were rebuilt with Laravel and an Angular frontend, allowing clients to query information through an API.

Older applications were wrapped in Docker so they could move safely to a newer server. Ansible was used to make the server setup repeatable.
